Hi fellas. Indeed AFC Eskilstuna surprised us the other time,
but it was unlucky the game finished without goals.
Ostersunds FK v AFC Utd.
The hosts are once again in very good form this year and are
just 4 points away from the top 3 spots of the leader board.
Their home is a stronghold and they have lost only one time
this season so far.
They are coming from big wins in League and Europa
League recently, so certainly they look forward to taking the 3
points of victory.
The visitors on the other hand proved the bookies wrong recently quite a few times. AFC
looks to started shorting out their defensive issues and started scoring as well. In previous
game at home against Hammarby, where extremely unlucky to not score at least 2 goals
but Hammarby played much better and could win the match.
The Bookies - Despite the AFC's great performances and results against Hammarby, AIK
and Malmo, bookies don't give them a single chance the visitors at all in this game.
Ostersunds is the big favourite with match odds win not higher than 1.40!
The Value - Taking into account all the above information, I find it completely unfair to not
value AFC in this game. Their recent results against top teams are stunning and they are
not yet officially relegated. Ostersunds has already a 'heavy' schedule including Europa
League games and I would not be surprised if they 'drop gears' in order to be fresh against
Zorya on the 14th of September. I expect from AFC to giving hard time to Ostersunds and
perhaps a home win would not be an easy task.
My money are on LAY Ostersunds or back the draw for in play/cashout. The price is great
on Betfair nearly 5/1 (6.00)!
Brann - Sogndal. Interesting game in Norway between two teams which have completely different objectives. Brann disappointed their fans in European games and now the team is looking for a second chance next year. To do so, they have to maintain their position in the top 3 places of the leader board which lead to the European games next season.
Sogndal's objective is ''slightly'' different. Is to distance themselves as far as possible from
the ''cliff of relegation''. They have stated on their website: ''team is ready for war'' and
Brann responded with: '' At Brann's home we score goals and we ll show who is the boss''.
The Bookies - 1.55 for the hosts' win to maintain their position. H2H shows that Brann
wins comfortably at home when they face Sogndal. It looks like a strong home win.
The Value - What ''puzzles'' me with Sogndal in this game is their away games behaviour when are facing top teams of the League. With the exception of the game against
Rosenborg, they have recently managed to snatch positive results against Molde,
Haugesund and other various draws. I will go for score 2-0 and Draw match odds. I know it
looks like a weird ''double chance'' but the draw might stays for a long time inplay and
allow to cashout.
Best of Luck!
