US MLS and I focus on the 2.5 goals market where I find
some good value. Although Lady Luck was not on our side the previous time, I think it is time she smile on us. (I hope
so)
Real Salt Lake v Colorado. Two with quite similar current form although, the hosts remain unbeaten. It is a tricky one
and I completely understand why even the bookies do not
give an 'edge' to Under or Over 2.5 markets. ''Long story
short '', I think that Real Salt Lake have all the qualities to
'influence' Colorado to play open football. Over 2.5 goals offer great Value in Betfair Betting
Exchange when the Host's latest scoring record is excellent.
Ath Bilbao v Rayo Vallecano. The surprises continue in Spanish Primera Division and I would not
be surprised if we see one more in this game. The bookies, keep the price as low as 1.60 for
Bilbao's win when they count 3 defeats and 1 draw in the 4 last games. The visitors, are in a good
form, they score frequently and they have all the qualities to avoid relegation. Although the value is not
great I think this is one of the strongest Over 2.5 goals game by taking into account that both teams'
defences are a 'nightmare', Bilbao's morale is not great and Vallecano always 'surprises' us.
Brann v Bodo Glimt. Oh Brann, Brann, Brann is BACK! They returned to the Norwegian Premier
Division and these are only good news for the punters. A team which 'historically' plays open football
and scores frequently. They faced some strong opponents in the last 3 games and they remain
undefeated. I am almost certain that they are not just thinking how to remain in this division but also
how to finish in the top 3-4 top place of the board! In this game they face the 'tough cookie' Bodo Glimt
which is in a great form and it looks like they can continue their good run as last year. I expect an
open game from both teams and taking into account the 'Head to Head' history of Over/Under which is
10 against just 3, the price of Over 2.5 goals at 1.90 sounds amazing to me!
Gefle v Djurgardens. The Swedish Premier Division teams started quite 'sharp' this season and the
average of goals per game so far in just two fixtures is 3 goals. This is impressive. Gelfe started well
this season and they want nothing to do with the relegation zone this year. Today, they will be tested
against Djurgardens, a team which I think is a 'black horse' to win the title.
They comfortably won away at Orebro and they smashed Falkenbergs at home without conceding a
goal so far. I expect an open game and early goals. Specially if Gelfe scores first, the Over 2.5 goals
should come through.
