coming up today. In English Premier League, the ''surprises'' continued the weekend just
gone, mainly after seen Swansea, Southampton and Bournemouth ''snatching'' points.
Did you say.... Leicester? Well, it was certainly not a ''surprise'' to me to seeing them losing
in Watford.
After all, my mates know that I have placed a ''fun'' bet that the English Champions will
eventually battle in the relegation zone.
West Brom v Burnley Both teams perform good lately and fairly enough they are a bit far
from the relegation zone. The bookies favour clearly the hosts and the Under 2.5 goals
which starts ''drifting'' at the moment (10:04 GMT) on Betfair's Exchange and I could not
agree more. Both teams play open football this season and they go all out attack when they
face ''equal in strength'' opponents.
The hosts play ''lukewarm'' at home when the visitors are still looking for their first away
win. The Head to Head statistics show a clear domination of the Over 2.5 goals market
every-time Burnley faced WBA away. I know that Burnley is 'pushing' Ashley Barnes and
Andre Gray for a start and if this happens, the 3 points will be a tough task for the hosts.
Leganes v Osasuna A very ''even'' game in theory which could possibly end a draw.
However, this result could be a big disappointment for both teams after taking into account
their current position and form. Dear Bookies allow me to disagree when you give such a
big advantage for Legane's win, when their results at home are far from inspiring. In
contrast with Osasuna, a team which performs much better in away games and
occasionally they get what they want.
In my view, the home win should pay at least 2.70 and not nearly 2.00 as it stands now. It is
a game which could go either way but I expect goals from both teams and the Over 2.5
goals.
Silkeborg v Esbjerg Many changes have been made in Danish League this year and I am
not sure if I like them. 14 teams but 7 of them will battle to avoid relegation. What's the
point? Nonsense!
Both teams do not stand a chance in theory to jump to the top 7 places of the leader-board
and is more of a 'prestige' game today I would say. The hosts are not doing bad at the
moment but is worth to make a mention for the visitors who have start scoring and winning
points in recent games. After reading both managers' statements, they want to play open football and satisfy their fans by winning the match. Over 2.5 goals is my suggestion.
Basaksehir v Rizespor The Turkish Super League did not start as 'usual' this season as
the average of goals per game is just 2.48 at the moment and home teams are strong and
leading by nearly 43% in 97 games played.
In today's game, the hosts have a great chance to climb to the top of the leader board if
they manage to win the 'tricky' Rizespor. A team which has not lost in 5 consecutive
games. The bookies favour the Over 2.5 goals and I could not agree more. Having said
that, since the price is a little bit low, value can be added by backing Home win with Over
2.5 goals.
